Format:
10 sessions
40 min - Edge Boss Hockey
- Maximize Edge Work
- Power Skating with Puck
- High-Tempo Conditioning
20 min - Small Area Game-Play
Learning Objectives:
Improve your on-ice movements then practice what you learned with small area games!
Prerequisites:
All players are welcome that can stand, skate and listen (Not Learn to skate)
Cost:
Player: $395 includes GST and jersey
